You can request same-day service when you are calling our staff. We are doing our best in order to service our customers as soon as possible, however, we might not be able to fit a same-day appointment during the busy days. As a rule of thumb, it is easier to set up a same-day appointment if you call us before noon.

We provide you with a 30-days warranty for labor, and 90+ days warranty for any parts that we install in your appliance. Feel free to call us again if the problem continues after we conduct the repair, we will be glad to assist you!

We have no hourly charge, instead, we have a single charge that covers the total cost of the repair, no matter how many appointments we have to take! Most of the time the estimated cost for the repair may wary and we need to examine the appliance beforehand. We will inform you about the total cost of the repair before we proceed to repair your appliance. Additionally, we have a service fee which covers the cost of the visit and diagnostics. The service fee is applied to the total cost of the repair.

It’s simple. Just call us and our representative will help you to schedule an appointment for the time and day most suitable for you. Our specialist will arrive at the specified time and will complete a diagnostic. After that, he will provide you with an estimate of the total cost of the repair. If an agreement is reached, the technician will continue with the repair. You may pay for the work in a way easiest for you, with cash, credit card or check.

We are working every day, including weekends and most holidays, from 7 AM to 8 PM. Feel free to give us a call and request service. Our appointments are arranged in 3-hour windows. This means that our technician will come to your place within the specified window. Unfortunately, our technicians travel from job to job and most of the time we cannot set up an appointment for a specific time.
